Summary
This EO instructs APST, APNSA, Special Advisor for AI and Crypto, in coordination with the Assistant to the President for Economic Policy, the Assistant to the President for Domestic Policy, the OMB Director, and any heads of relevant agencies to develop an AI Action Plan. The AI Action Plan should be free of "social agendas." The EO further orders a review of actions taken pursuant to EO 14110 (rescinded) and a correction of any agency actions that are not consistent with this EO.
