Summary
This EO states that the US (including all US agencies) will not provide aid or assistance to South Africa, and halt any current aid. Further, the US will promote the resettlement of Afrikaner refugees escaping government-sponsored race-based discrimination. The heads of any agencies may permit foreign aid or assistance deems necessary. DHS and Secretary of State shall prioritize relief to assist the Afrikaners group.
