This EO orders the Secretary of Defense and the Secretary of Homeland security, as it relates to the Coast Guard, shall abolish every DEI office. Secretary of Defense shall conduct an internal review of any actions taking in pursuit of DEI initiatives. DoD and Armed Forces, including any educational institution under its control, is prohibited from promoting DEI or any listed gender ideology theories.

The Secretary of Defense and the Secretary of Homeland security, as it relates to the Coast Guard, shall abolish every DEI office (immediately); DoD shall conduct internal review of DEI initiatives and write a report (90 days); Secretary of Defense and DHS shall issue guidance to implement this EO (30 days); Secretary of Defense and DHS shall submit a report re: their progress implementing this EO (180 days).
