Modifying Reciprocal Tariff Rates To Reflect Trading Partner Retaliation and Alignment

This EO modifies Executive Order 14257. First, it suspends from 4/10/25 - 7/9/25 country specific ad valorem rates, and instead enforces a 10% rate for all countries (except as otherwise provided). As of 4/10/25, the duty rate for Chinese products is increased to from 84% to 125% for HTSUS and from 90% to 120% for low value imports.
