Summary
This EO further extends the delay of enforcement of the Protecting Americans from Foreign Adversary Controlled Applications Act against TikTok and similar entities until December 16, 2025, prohibiting the DOJ from taking any action or imposing penalties for noncompliance during this period or for related conduct prior to the order.
