Addressing Threats to the United States by the Government of the Russian Federation

This EO finds that the national emergency declared in EO 14066 continues and that Russia continues to pose a threat to the US. As such, an additional 25% ad valorem rate of duty is applied to India 21 days after this EO. The Secretary of Commerce and any other relevant heads of agencies shall determine whether other countries are importing (directly or indirectly) Russian oil and further determine whether an additional 25% ad valorem rate of duty should be imposed.
