To Implement the United States-Israel Agreement on Trade in Agricultural Products and for Other Purposes

This proclamation modifies the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States, pursuant to section 4(b) of the USIFTA Implementation Act, to provide duty-free access through December 31, 2026, for specified quantities of certain agricultural products of Israel, carrying out an extension of the 2004 United States-Israel agreement on trade in agricultural products, as set forth in Annex I. It also makes technical rectifications to the HTSUS in Annex II, correcting rules-of-origin errors from Proclamation 7747 (USSFTA) and Proclamation 9072 (USKFTA), removing an obsolete reference to subheading 9819.15.10 in U.S. Note 2(b) to subchapter XIX of chapter 98, and conforming cross-references in headings 9903.02.74 through 9903.02.77 affected by Proclamations 10976 and 10984. Provisions of previous proclamations and executive orders inconsistent with these actions are superseded to the extent of the inconsistency.
