Strengthening Probationary Periods in the Federal Service

This EO amends the civil service rules to update the probationary and trial periods for federal employees. Further, the head of each agency shall make a list of all probationary employees and the agencies shall conduct performance reviews for all of these employees and determine whether to continue employment after the probationary period.
