Summary

This EO expands the scope of the national emergency declared under Proclamation 10886 to include the failure of Mexico to arrest, seize, detain, or otherwise intercept drug trafficking organizations (DTOs), other drug and human traffickers, criminals, and illicit drugs. Further, a 25% ad valorem rate of duty is imposed on all products of Mexico, beginning 2/4/25, except for goods entered for consumption.
