Honoring the Memory of His Holiness Pope Francis

This proclamation honors the memory of His Holiness Pope Francis by ordering that the flag of the United States be flown at half-staff at the White House, all public buildings and grounds, military posts, naval stations, and naval vessels throughout the United States and its Territories, as well as at all U.S. embassies, legations, consular offices, and other facilities abroad, until sunset on the day of interment.
