Prohibits federal government officers, employees, or agents from engaging in or facilitating any conduct that would restrict free speech. Prohibits use of federal resources on activities that restrict free speech. Attorney general charged with investigating activities of the Federal Government over the last 4 years that are inconsistent with policies and purposes of this EO and take remedial measures.
