Summary
This memo revokes the 1/28/21 PM and reinstates the 1/23/17 PM, also called The Mexico Policy. Further, the Secretary of State is directed to implement a plan to extend the requirements for the reinstated PM to global health assistance furnished by all departments or agencies. The Secretary of State shall also take actions to ensure that US taxpayer dollars do not fund organizations or programs that participate in coercive abortion or involuntary sterilization.
