Reinvigorating America's Hunting Heritage

This EO directs the Secretary of the Interior to allow hunting of non-endangered species within Castle Mountains National Monument and Craters of the Moon National Monument and Preserve within 90 days, and directs the Secretaries of War, the Interior, Agriculture, and Commerce to propose modifications within 180 days expanding hunting, fishing, and recreational access to federal lands, including permitting lead ammunition and access infrastructure. It also directs reform of Forest Service river access lotteries within 60 days, guidance on federal education funding for archery and hunter education programs within 90 days, coordination with states on game population management, and support for wild game donation programs.
