Ending Procurement and Forced Use of Paper Straws

This EO directs the heads of each agency or department to take appropriate action to eliminate the procurement of paper straws within agency buildings and eliminate policies designed to disfavor plastic straws.

Assistant to the President for Domestic Policy shall issue a National Strategy to End the Use of Paper Straws (45 days).
