Summary
This executive order continues the Federal Emergency Management Agency Review Council, created by EO 14180 (Council to Assess the Federal Emergency Management Agency) issued on January 24, 2025, until March 25, 2026. It assigns the President's functions under the Federal Advisory Committee Act with respect to the Council to the Secretary of Homeland Security, and takes effect January 24, 2026.
