Establishing an Emergency Board To Investigate Disputes Between the Long Island Rail Road Company and Certain of Its Employees Represented by Certain Labor Organizations

This EO creates an emergency board, effective September 18, 2025, to investigate and report on unresolved labor disputes between the Long Island Rail Road Company and its employees represented by specified unions, with the board's report due within 30 days. For 120 days after its establishment, no changes to the conditions related to the disputes will be made except by agreement, and the board will terminate upon submission of its report.
