Government EfficiencyTechGovernmental

Summary

This EO directs the Administrator of General Services, in coordination with the Administrator of the National Design Studio and the Director of OMB, to establish America.gov as the single online point of entry for "covered services" — public-facing federal services with more than 100,000 users in a 12-month period that can be accessed or applied for online, excluding IRS tax filing and Department of War and Intelligence Community services — using Login.gov as its authentication service. The Director of OMB must issue an implementation memorandum to agency heads within 90 days, and agency heads must identify covered services, integrate them with America.gov and Login.gov, and provide ongoing usage and performance data to GSA and OMB.
