AG is tasked with identifying and halting enforcement of state and local laws affecting domestic energy resources that may be unconstitutional or preempted by federal law, with a focus on those related to climate change and environmental initiatives. A report to the President detailing actions taken and recommendations for further measures is required within 60 days.
